  1. ALGERIA - Passport and visa required.  Obtain visa before arrival.  Visa
  2. valid up to 90 days, requires 2 application forms, 2 photos, proof of
  3. onward/return transportation, sufficient funds and $22 fee (money order or
  4. certified check).  Company letter (+ 1 copy) required for business visa.
  5. Visa not granted to passports showing Israeli visas.  Enclose prepaid
  6. self-addressed envelope for return of passport by registered, certified or
